The District 51 Art Show Acceptance Registration

Artwork delivered in person will have drop-off days between Thursday, January 2 - Sunday, January 5, 2025. Pieces larger than 60” on any side or that weigh more than 50 lbs must on email abbey@touchstonegallery.com for special drop-off arrangements.
Shipped artwork must be scheduled to arrive at Touchstone Gallery between Thursday, January 2 and Monday, January 6, 2025.

The District 51 Art Show will be on display at Touchstone Gallery from January 9 - February 9, 2025. The Opening Reception will be on Thursday, January 9 from 5-8 pm.

Artist Agreement

My submission of the artwork shall constitute an agreement on the part of the artist to comply with the conditions set forth in the prospectus including the following: I hereby release and discharge the officers of Touchstone Gallery and its representatives and employees from any and all claims occasioned by damage or loss of the artwork while in the possession of the gallery. Artwork is not insured by Touchstone Gallery. I understand that if any deviation from the conditions in the prospectus or the Touchstone Gallery legal agreement are discovered, Touchstone Gallery has the right to remove a selected piece from the exhibition. No work accepted for the exhibition may be withdrawn prior to the close of the exhibition. Permission to reproduce an image of accepted artwork for publicity purposes is granted. All artwork sold by Touchstone Gallery is subject to a 40% gallery commission. After pressing submit, you will be asked to submit a high resolution image.
